I set this site up so it can be easy to follow (at least I hope so) and free to you as I am sick of seeing those get rich quick schemes all over (they never go away!), these are the real deal. With the job market in the toilet these days its time to look at new opportunities. Being able to make money online is a dream come true for a lot of people and its real, hard work pays off, just do it for yourself and not some CEO so they can go buy a new Mercedes! E-Commerce and Subscription Websites
The many ways you can easily earn income from a website. Below are the top 3.
1. Sell your own consulting services:
Can be whatever you want. If you can give educated advice and have the experience to back it up, then you can provide consulting for a fee.
2. Charge a subscription fee to access your site:
Does your site have valuable content that people would pay for? Anything from a forum (members only), ebooks (direct download), photography, modeling, information for businesses, etc. Don't forget to keep it set up with a recurring fee every month.
3. Selling products using e-commerce:
Buy your products wholesale and then sell them at retail price (or below, have to be competitive) or create your own product to sell online using shopping cart technology. Some examples are... shoes, fragrances, clothing, auto parts, etc. whatever your passion because that will be the most rewarding, you don't want this to be a chore.
There are many choices these days when it comes to creating a website that include everything you need. Just look around, Yahoo, Amazon, BlueVoda, are just a few.

Make Money Monetizing a Blog
So you have heard you can make money with blogs? That is correct as there are many different ways to make money online using your blog. Some options are...
Wordpress.org - (Self hosted) Lots of ways to tweak and make it your own with plug ins, etc (Wordpress.com is their free platform, not allowed to monetize).
Blogger - Provided by Google. Free platform that will let you place Ads, add Adsense, and Affiliates. You can also buy your domain (so your address will look like, www.yoursite.com) and still have it hosted free! You can also host it somewhere else too. Simple, super easy, and fast!
Self Hosting Your Blog - HostGator, DreamHost, and GoDaddy are just to name a few. Inexpensive and easy to use, most have "Fantastico" which will let you add the Wordpress script in about 5 minutes right from your C-Panel of your host. No need to upload anything.
Domain Name - Buying a domain name is easy as there are many options out there. A domain name can be provided by your host, through Blogger via Google, and GoDaddy, plus many more options.
Letting the World Know Your Blog is Live!
Once you have a few posts and have it looking cool its time to submit your new blog to online directories like Google, Yahoo, etc. Do a search for for others as there are plenty and most are free.

Affiliate Programs - There are many out there, Amazon Associates, Chitika, etc. Advertise products by building links and banners. When you add these links and banners to your web page and visitors click on them from your page, you can earn up to 15% on all purchases made.
Direct Ads - When your blog gets cooking and popular enough you can charge for advertising space on your blog, either yourself or several companies will handle all that for you.
PayPal - Simply ask for donations for your hard work!
Search Engine Optimization or SEO
Basically these are keywords used in your blogs description and meta that will point people in your direction better when they do a search. Backlinks, trackbacks, and pings are also very important. More on that later, lot to go over.
Promoting Your New Blog To Make Money Online
Social Networking - Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Squidoo, YouTube, etc. Having a lot of friends online in your network is priceless, can't stress enough how important this is! A video on YouTube acting as a "commercial" promoting your blogsite is a very powerful tool (try to keep it under 2 minutes). Use a direct link to your blog and have your domain listed through out the video.
Post! - On other blogs, social networks, and forums. Most will let you provide a link to your site. But keep it real folks, never ever spam, that will get you blacklisted and ruin your reputation. Post when you have something to say, cause I'm sure you have a LOT to say out there!

There are other companies as well, like GoDaddy and hosting companies that will "park" your domain for a small fee. This works better if you have a LOT of domains that are sitting around doing nothing, so why not make some $. The not so good news is that you can't promote them, they just have to sit at idle.
