I set this site up so it can be easy to follow (at least I hope so) and free to you as I am sick of seeing those get rich quick schemes all over (they never go away!), these are the real deal. The many ways you can easily earn income from a website. Below are the top 3.

1. Sell your own consulting services:
Can be whatever you want. If you can give educated advice and have the experience to back it up, then you can provide consulting for a fee.

2. Charge a subscription fee to access your site:
Does your site have valuable content that people would pay for? Anything from a forum (members only), ebooks (direct download), photography, modeling, information for businesses, etc. Don't forget to keep it set up with a recurring fee every month.

3. Selling products using e-commerce:
Buy your products wholesale and then sell them at retail price (or below, have to be competitive) or create your own product to sell online using shopping cart technology. Some examples are... shoes, fragrances, clothing, auto parts, etc. whatever your passion because that will be the most rewarding, you don't want this to be a chore.
There are many choices these days when it comes to creating a website that include everything you need. Just look around, Yahoo, Amazon, BlueVoda, are just a few.

Wordpress.org - (Self hosted) Lots of ways to tweak and make it your own with plug ins, etc (Wordpress.com is their free platform, not allowed to monetize).

Blogger - Provided by Google. Free platform that will let you place Ads, add Adsense, and Affiliates. You can also buy your domain (so your address will look like, www.yoursite.com) and still have it hosted free! You can also host it somewhere else too. Simple, super easy, and fast!

Self Hosting Your Blog - HostGator, DreamHost, and GoDaddy are just to name a few. Inexpensive and easy to use, most have "Fantastico" which will let you add the Wordpress script in about 5 minutes right from your C-Panel of your host. No need to upload anything.

Domain Name - Buying a domain name is easy as there are many options out there. A domain name can be provided by your host, through Blogger via Google, and GoDaddy, plus many more options.

Letting the World Know Your Blog is Live!

Once you have a few posts and have it looking cool its time to submit your new blog to online directories like Google, Yahoo, etc. Do a search for for others as there are plenty and most are free.

What is Domain Parking?

Domain Parking is another way to make some money, although it was more lucrative years ago it can still bring in some money. You just "park" the domain with no website, but with ads instead that are geared to the domain name itself. Works in the same principal as Adsense, in fact Google has an Adsense for domains, and its free of course. There are other companies as well, like GoDaddy and hosting companies that will "park" your domain for a small fee. This works better if you have a LOT of domains that are sitting around doing nothing, so why not make some $. The not so good news is that you can't promote them, they just have to sit at idle.

What is Domain Resale?

Basicly, Domain Resale works like an auction, if you have a real catchy name someone wants then your in luck, and if its been around for a while it has gained some valuable validity in the search engines, so thats another plus when buying and selling domains. Again, this is best done in big numbers, hundreds if not thousands of domain names.
